Text: Philippians 1:12-14, 18b-27
All throughout the Old Testament, at every major transition in the nation of Israel, God calls His people to three specific actions – Remembrance, Renewal, and Recommitment to His plan. Before God does a great work among His people, He often does the same things even today. He causes us to remember His faithfulness, to repent of our sin and be renewed, and then to get to work doing what He has called us to do.
