Dates: October 14 @ 5pm thru October 15th at 3pm (check-in is between 5-6:30pm)

• Location: Brethren Woods Camp & Retreat Center

• Accommodations - families have 3 options to choose from (varying prices, see below), all within walking distance of the bathhouse, including:

  • Summer Cabins: rustic cabins with electricity & 4 bunk beds (8 beds total), @ 1-2 minute walk to bathhouse

  • Hogans: rustic open-air cabins without electricity & 6 beds total, @ 3-5 minute walk to bathhouse

  • Tents: bring your own tent and camp in a pre-determined location near the bathhouse

• Cost: covers Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast & lunch, lodging, and fun activities)

  • If staying in Summer Cabins: $15/person

  • If staying in Hogans: $13/person

  • If staying in your own Tent: $10/person

  • Food will be provided but families will be asked to assist with prep/clean-up

• Schedule (tentative):

  • Friday

    • 5-6:30pm - check-in, get settled

    • 7:00pm - dinner

    • 8:00pm - campfire + S'mores

    • 10:00pm - quiet time

  • Saturday

    • 7:45am - devo

    • 8:00am - breakfast

    • 9:00am - Family Fun Time! (group games, canoeing, hiking, etc.)

    • 12:00pm - lunch

    • 2:30 - wrap-up/clean-up

    • 3:00pm - departure

• What to Bring: sleeping bag, pillow, headlamp/flashlight/lantern, sturdy shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, cards, frisbees, toiletries, towel, etc.
