All of us understand that physical exercise leads to better physical health. Though exercise can at times be tiring, difficult, and maybe even uncomfortable, we know that it is for our good because it helps the various parts of our body to be stronger. In the same way, at times it can be tiring, difficult, and maybe even uncomfortable to exercise our spiritual gifts in the Body of Christ. However, when we exercise them humbly and for the glory of God, He uses them to build up His Body in amazing ways.
